Peanut chutney is a mildly spicy chutney side dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, that can be used with several snack foods and breakfast foods.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast peanuts in a pan on a medium flame until golden brown. Remove and let it cool down. You can also roast the peanuts in the air fryer
* Step 2
In the same pan, heat oil, dry red chilies saute for a few seconds
* Step 3
In a blender jar, add roasted peanuts, shredded coconut, tamarind, salt, water, and blend to a coarse or smooth paste as per your preference.finally add small onion,curry leaves blend it pulse mode 2-3times
* Step 4
Transfer to a bowl, add the prepared tempering. Serve groundnut chutney with Idli, dosa, paniyaram, roti, or as a spread in sandwiches and Enjoy
