Almond cookies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Powder sugar with ghee until light.Add in almond essence mix well
* Step 2
Stir in the dry ingredients and chopped almond nuts mix well.chill dough in fridge for 40min.
* Step 3
Shape the dough into small balls or roll it out and cut into desire shapes.Arrange on a lined baking tray.Brush with beaten egg yolk and place almond nut on top of cookies and press slightly to flatten it.
* Step 4
Bake at 180•c preheated oven for 10-15minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
