Baby Corn crispy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the baby corn into diagonal pieces and set aside.
* Step 2
Boil water in a pan and once it astarts boiling add the baby corn with z pinch of salt and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
* Step 3
Strain the baby corn and let it cool.
* Step 4
Now add the corn flour, flour and gradually add water whisking continuously to form a thick batter.
* Step 5
Add the boiled baby corn in the batter and coat all the pieces well.
* Step 6
Now fry the coated baby corn in moderately hot oil and fry until crispy and light golden brown.
* Step 7
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
