Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan and dry roast the makhana.

Once done, keep aside.

Now add ghee in a pan.

Once the ghee is hot, add the chopped gur/ jaggery and let it melt.

Once the gur/ jaggery melts, add the roasted makhana and coat them well with the gur/jaggery.

Once cooled, eat as a snack.
