Chicken Keema Pav
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add cumin seeds.Once it splutters, add the green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves, bay leaves, mace, cinnamon stick and saute till fragrant.
* Step 3
Add onions and mix well and cook till it turns golden brown.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Now add the chicken keema,turmeric powder, salt and saute on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
* Step 6
Now add coriander powder, cumin powder and yoghurt and mix well.
* Step 7
To make the chutney,roughly chop and add the coriander leaves and put it in the blender along with the mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and 1/4 cup water and grind to a fine paste.Keep aside.
* Step 8
Once the chutney paste is ready put it in the keema with half cup water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
* Step 9
Now add the green peas and little water and mix well.
* Step 10
Now roughly chop the dill leaves and add to the keema mixture.
* Step 11
Put salt and garam masala and mix well.
* Step 12
Add the lemon juice and stir till well combined and remove from the stove.
* Step 13
Keema Pav is ready to be served with pavs.
