Ingredient

Flour

180 grams

Condensed milk

150 ml

Buttermilk

90 ml

Oil

50 gms

Brown sugar

200 grams

Cream cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift the flour,baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and keep aside.

In another bowl whisk together condensed milk, buttermilk, sugar, oil and spices(nutmeg and cinnamon)

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in two batches.

Now add in the grated carrots and the soaked raisins.

* Step 5

Pour the mixture in a 10 inch rectangular baking tin and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes andat 160 degrees for,30 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven.Demould and let it cool.

Once cooled, apply cream cheese.

* Step 8

Cut it into small slices and serve.
