Ragi(Finger Millet) Pancakes

RAGI or finger millet is another superfood which is gluten free and rich in protein.It is considered to be one of the most nutritious food.Of all the cereals and millets, ragi has the highest amount of calcium, potassium, natural iron and is rich in amino acids.It has low fat content and contains mainly unsaturated fat.100 grams of ragi has roughly an average of 366kcal of energy in them.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup roasted finger millet(ragi) flour, brown sugar, pinch of baking powder and pinch of baking soda and mix well.
* Step 2
Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, melted butter and make a batter out of it.
* Step 3
Heat a pan with little butter and pour a ladle of the pancake batter into the pan.
* Step 4
Flip and cook both sides on medium flame. Once done, remove from flame and keep aside.
* Step 5
Drizzle with honey and serve with fresh fruits.
* Step 6
Nutritious and yummy ragi pancakes are ready to eat.
