Cooking instructions

Mix all dry ingredients

Meanwhile warm milk in a saucepan

Add oil and mix it

Slowly add warm milk lil by lil

Get it to a soft dough, the softer the batter

Knead it very well

Dab a touch of oil all over the dough

Then cover it and place it somewhere warm. Leave it to rise to double it's size, takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the weather.

Once risen, punch it down

Quick knead, Take small peera and roll it for pizza, nan or whatever recipe you r following
