I made this recipe in Contest announced by One of the reputated Facebook group and Allhamdulilah I won appreciation gift in it
Ingredient
1 litre
water
2 glass
pineapple 🍍 tang
2 glass
coconut 🥥 milk
1.5 cup
sugar or according to taste
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 litre of water with China grass & sugar, simmer for couple of minutes
Remove from stove
* Step 2
Add pineapple tang & coconut milk mix together
* Step 3
Transfer in mold/ short glasses
Rest in fridge for 3 hours
* Step 4
Demold it decorate with food colour
* Step 5
Melt white Chocolate with pinch of yellow food colour in double boiler or microwave
* Step 6
Spread on sheet or honey comb mold, freeze for couple of hours
* Step 7
Ready to serve
