Zanzanit Misal Pav

#win #week3 Here is another winter special my favourite recipe Misal Pav. Misal is made with healthy sprouted Matki( moth) Misal pav is originally from Maharasthra.Its very tasty & mouthwatering. Zanzanit means water comes from your mouth & nose while eating.While eating farsan & finely chopped onions aur mix in misal & so it increase the taste.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

0-30 mins
2 tbsp

oil,

1/2 tsp

rai

as required

salt

1/2 tsp

haldi powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop onions, tomatoes, garlic

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai. Add garlic, onions, tomatoes. Saute it

* Step 3

Add haldi, mirchi, misal masala.Saute2-3 minutes.Add moth. Mix it. Add water & salt.

Cook till done.
