* Step 1
In big thali add wheat flour,besan, methi, curd, haldi mirchi, dhania powder, salt, garlic,2 t.spoon. oil. Mix well & knead a tight dough.
* Step 2
Rest it 10 minutes. Roll theplas & roast it on tawa adding oil on both sides.
* Step 3
For chutney grind coconut,coriander, pudina green chilies, salt.
