Pooribhaji is very popular amongs all. Very, simple but stomach filling & prepared with easily available thing in our kitchen

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make tight dough of flour. Keep aside

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai. Add ginger-garlic paste. Mash some pieces of chopped potatoes, & add to it.Saute 5 minutes

* Step 3

Add curd & saute it. Add haldi, mirchi, dhania, black pepper powder, some water.let it boil.

* Step 4

Add salt, potato pieces. cook for few minutes.

* Step 5

Heat oil in kadai. Make small balls from dough.Roll pooris & fry.
