Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In kadai heat ghee.Fry dink in batches till puffs up& turn slightly brown.when cool grind it.

* Step 2

Heat1 t. spoon. ghee & saute ground dryfruits 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add kharik, nutmeg, cardamom powder.

* Step 4

All mix in dink properly.

* Step 5

Heat jaggery. When it melts off the gas.

* Step 6

Mix in mixture properly.

Make ladoos.
