Shahi white qorma with green roti

The white korma is the white version of the traditional red korma. It is made with onion paste, a variety of garam masala, cashew or almond paste, and yogurt. It has softer notes of kewra and cardamom aroma compared to the traditional korma. As it's a special recipe due to shahi touch so you can present it to your guest in the family functions. In new korma recipes, many chefs and restaurants are preparing this korma to provide special flavour to their customers. As the name specifies, the korma will have a white colour with a lot of masala and gravy and show the grainy korma texture. Many people belong to South Asia serve it as wedding dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place beef in a bowl. Pour some lemon juice, salt and yoghurt and mix well. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

In a pan, pour oil and heat it up. Add onion in heated oil and slightly brown it. As the onion get the light pink colour take it out on kitchen pepper. Now make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green peppers using the blender.

* Step 3

Then, add the marinated beef in pan and stir on high heat to fry the meat As the meat fried and oil comes over the top. Make a paste of Almond and Cashews by adding water in the blender and add in a pan and again stir for a few minutes.

* Step 4

Sprinkle garam masala powder. Pour water to tender the beef Cover for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, evaporate the excess water and make a thick curry. Now, shahi white korma is ready to serve.

* Step 5

For roti Make your regular roti but the only difference is it's colour due to the food colour we add in kneading

* Step 6

Garnish with ginger slices and green peppers as an option drizzle cream on top and serve with the green roti
