Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and make medium size florets from the cauliflower.Soak it in warm salted water for few minutes to remove any impurities
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a wide and deep pan.Add mustard and cumin seeds.When seeds start crackling add ginger and saute for few seconds
* Step 3
Now add cauliflower florets and give a good stir.add chopped tomato.
Cover with a lid and cook on slow heat till half done.
* Step 4
And a bowl take curd and all dry masalas,mix well.Add this curd mixture in the curry and mix properly.
* Step 5
Add fresh coriander and garam masala when done.
* Step 6
Serve hot with poori,paratha or steamed rice.
