Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large kadai, heat 2 tbsp ghee. add 1 tsp cumin, 1 bay leaf, 1-inch cinnamon, 2 pod cardamom, 3 cloves, and ½ tsp pepper.
* Step 2
Further, add 1 tomato and saute until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
* Step 3
Further, add 2 cup water and stir well getting to a boil.
* Step 4
Now add all the dry masala, and mix well.
* Step 5
Further, add 4 cup water and stir well getting to a boil.
* Step 6
After 20 minutes, veg pulao is ready to serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
