Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil. add ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp cumin and pinch hing.
* Step 2
Now add ¼ tsp turmeric and red chilli powder saute until the raw aroma disappears.
* Step 3
Further add 4 boield and mashed potato and peas ½ tsp salt and mix well.
* Step 4
Firstly, spread butter on 2 slice of bread.also spread green chutney on both the slice of bread.
* Step 5
Further spread prepared aloo masala on both the slice.
* Step 6
Also place tomato slice, onion slice,, cucumber slice.
* Step 7
Spread butter as required and grill golden in waffle maker.
* Step 8
Finally, enjoy mumbai masala toast sandwich
