Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add rava,curd,oil,salt and 1 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.Cover with a lid and keep it for 1 hour.Before steaming the dhoklas,add fruit salt and 2 tsp of water,when the bubbles form mix gently.Pour the batter
* Step 2
Pour the batter immediately into a thali and shake the thali to spread the batter,steam in a steamer for 20 min.keep it cool.
* Step 3
Take a tadka pan put oil add green chillies, mustard seeds,curry patta and saute for few seconds. Pour the tadka over the dhoklas and garnish with coriander and chat masala
* Step 4
Served with green coriander chutney.
