Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boil moong dal in pressure cooker. cover and pressure cook on medium flame for 1-2 whistles.
* Step 2
Now take a pan,put ghee in it.
Add chopped garlic,ginger n onion n green chilli, saute it,now add jeera
* Step 3
Than add all masalas,mix it well,add chopped tomato, till it turns soft and mushy.
* Step 4
Now add boiled moong daal,mix all together, add chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
