Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup rava, ½ cup curd and ¾ tsp salt.
* Step 2
Now add black pepper powder
* Step 3
Now add chopped onion n grated ginger. Than add baking powder,mix well
* Step 4
Now take a bread slice cut with katori for round shape, now put batter on one side
* Step 5
Take a tawa, grease it with oil,put bread on it. cook for a minute or until the base is cooked well.now turn the bread, again put batter n spread on it.pour 1 tsp oil around the uttapam, flip over and cook both sides till golden brown.
* Step 6
Finally, enjoy cion onion uttapam uttapam with tomato sauce.
