Black Eye Bean Soup
An instant and healthy black eye bean soup.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the black eye bean in a pressure cooker. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add chopped garlic. After a few second add chopped onion. Saute for one minute.
* Step 2
Add chopped carrot and French bean. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped tomato French bean and capsicum.
* Step 3
After one minute add water salt and pepper. Let it boil. Add pasta. When the pasta is fully cooked add black eye beans.
* Step 4
Add oregano and boil. When the soup becomes little thick add butter. Garnish with spring onion.
