Ingredient

water

3 tsp

Assam tea

1 cup

milk

3 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan boil 3 cups of water. Add green cardamom and sugar. Boil it. Add tea and lower the flame. Now cover the pan with a tight lid. Boil the tea for 20-25 minutes on low flame.

* Step 2

In another pan boil one cup milk on medium flame. Now switch the flame off. Add 4-5 tbsp of milk powder in the boiled milk. Again boil the milk. The milk will become thick. Switch the flame off.

* Step 3

After boiling the tea for 20-25 minutes it will be dark in colour. Then switch the flame off. Strain the tea.

* Step 4

Pour half cup thick milk in the serving cup. Then pour the tea in it and mix it. Serve it with cookies.
