Chapati Noodles
Chapati noodles are made with thin strips of chapatis cooked with crunchy vegetables and sauce.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the leftover chapatis and roll them. And cut into thin strips.
* Step 2
In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil. Add chopped onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add grated ginger. Saute for few second.
* Step 3
Now add the sliced carrot. Cook for one minute. Add sliced capsicum. Cook on high flame. Add salt pepper powder soya sauce vinegar and tomato sauce. Stir.
* Step 4
Add chapati noodles. Mix well. Cook for one minute and serve.
