Hara Bhara Seekh Kebab

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot and boil water. Put the palak in boiling water. Blanch it for two minutes. Then squeeze off the excess water. Put palak in cold water, so that it's colour remains the same.
* Step 2
In a pan heat one tbsp of oil. Put whole cumin seed. When it splatters add chopped onion. After one minute add one tbsp of ginger, garlic paste. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
* Step 3
Add green peas, French beans, capsicum in it. Saute well. Add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Cook for3-4 minutes. Take it out from the pan and cool it. Put it in a mixer grinder and blend it with palak. Make a coarse paste. Take it out in a bowl.
* Step 4
Now add boiled potato, roasted besan, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs, chaat masala and green chillies and mix well.
* Step 5
For seekh kebab take a handful of the mixture and skewer the kebabs on bamboo sticks. Heat oil in a pan shallow fry until all the kebabs are nicely browned from all the sides.
* Step 6
When the kebabs are cooked remove to a serving plate and garnish with onion slices, lemon rings and green chutney.
