Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan heat one tbsp of ghee. Add one cup cashew nuts. Fry till golden and crispy. Take it out from the pan. Add salt, black pepper powder, chat masala. Mix properly.
* Step 2
In the same pan heat one tbsp of butter. Add one cup of walnuts. Fry for five minutes on medium flame. Add one tsp of oregano, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Take it out from the pan.
* Step 3
In the same pan heat one tbsp of ghee. Add pepper powder, salt, powdered kasuri methi. Mix well. Now add one cup fox nuts. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Or until crunchy.
* Step 4
In the same pan dry roast the almonds for five minutes. Then take it out. Add one tbsp of butter in the pan. Add two tbsp of honey, cinnamon powder and paprika powder. Add almonds. Mix it. Take it out from the pan. Add one tbsp of sugar and mix well. Allow it to cool. Now serve them.
