Kaju And Anjir Katli
Kaju katli is one of the most popular dessert in India. I have made with cashew nut and fig.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly grind the cashew nut in a mixer jar. Make a fine powder. Strain it from a strainer. Add four tbsp of milk powder in it.
* Step 2
Now in a bowl take fig or anjir. Soak in water for half hour. Then chop the fig into small pieces.
* Step 3
Heat a pan put sugar in it. Add two tbsp of water. Stir continuously to make it thick or one string consistency syrup. Then switch the flame off.
* Step 4
Add cashew nut powder and chopped fig. Place the pan back on the flame. Stir continuously. Add two tsp of ghee in it. When the mixture become non sticky then switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
* Step 5
Knead the mixture. Put it on greased surface or butter paper. Roll it into slightly thick layer. Cut into diamond shape.
