Pancake Sandwich
A pancake Sandwich made with potato tikki, onion rings and tomato slices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mash boiled potatoes. Add salt, garam masala, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli. Add one tbsp cornflour. Mix properly.
* Step 2
Then make round balls and flatten them. Now heat oil in a pan. Fry all the tikkis till golden in colour.
* Step 3
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, I.e flour, baking powder, salt, honey and butter mix it. Add eggs and milk in it. Mix properly and make a smooth batter.
* Step 4
On medium flame grease the pan with butter. Take a little bit of batter, pour on the pan. When the bubbles start appearing on top, then flip the pancake. Cook until golden in colour. Now the mini Pancakes are ready.
* Step 5
Firstly take one mini Pancake, then put one onion ring on it. Then put one potato tikki on it. Then put tomato slice on it. At last put another pancake over it. Prick a toothpick over the pancake. The mini Pancake sandwich is ready.
