Ingredient

4 tsp

sugar

1 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take two apples peel the skin and grate it.

* Step 2

In pan fry apples with ghee. When it becomes thick or golden in colour then switch the flame off.

* Step 3

Now in a pan boil milk. Reduce the milk to half of the original quantity. Add sugar. After 2 minutes add apple mixture. Boil it. Add cardamom powder and dry nuts. Boil for 2 minutes. Then switch the flame off.

* Step 4

Cool the kheer in the freeze for two hours then serve.
