* Step 1
Method
Use all the above ingredients and roll into a dough of semisoft consistency.
Let it rest for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Now roll onto a rolling board into a round flatbread using a rolling pin
Use a sharpedged plate to make it into perfect circle
* Step 3
Roast on a griddle on both sides using oil
Enjoy with curds or a cup of hot tea
