Cucumber mint raita is one of the best thing to enjoy in summer, it keep your system cool and fill your soul with refreshing taste.I love to make this almost every day in summer time and enjoy with my family and friends.so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and prepare this lip smacking cucumber mint raita.

* Step 1
First of all finely chop green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
* Step 2
Now whisk the curd nicely.
* Step 3
After that peel the cucumber like patch peel, then cut into half and scratch the inner part off (seed part out) and cut into small chunks.
* Step 4
Now in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients curd,chopped green chilli,mint,coriander leaves,chopped cucumber,roasted cumin powder,chilli flakes and salt as per taste,mix everything nicely.
* Step 5
Your refreshing and cool cucumber mint raita is ready to serve as side dish to enhance the taste of your lunch or dinner, enjoy with your family and friends.
