Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First Wash peas properly. Now take one pressure cooker. Heat ghee and add heeng and jeera.

Then add grated ginger and chili. Sauté for 1 minute then add hare matar.

* Step 3

Mix well. Then add the remaining ingredients and add half a cup of water. Now cook for 2-3 vessels and after that open the lid. Your hare matar is ready. Believe me, this is very quick and tasty. And perfect for any time in winter.
