Sattu ka paratha

Sattu paratha is the most popular in the Bihar region of India where it is a staple food. Sattu is full of fiber, and essential nutrients like protein thus making this one a healthy dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
4-5 tablespoons

sattu (chana dal)

1-2 cloves

garlic (crushed)

as per taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

1 tablespoon

achaar ka masala

1 tablespoon

dry kasoori methi

As required

Salt as per taste

1 tsp

desi ghee

as required

Warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First make dough with salt,azwain and water snd keep aside.

Then make stuffing. Mix all ingredients except desi ghee. Then divide the dough into small balls and roll and stuff the sattu stuffing.

* Step 3

Heat a nonstick tawa and roll the paratha and cook with desi ghee. Serve with curd and achaar of your choice. Believe me this is one of the most tasty and as well healthy option in winters.
