Crispy Garlic Baked potato wedges
crispy garlic baked potato wedges are soft pillows on the inside, crunchy on the outside with a good kick of garlic and Homemade wedges are so much better than store-bought.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes with peel vertically and wash in running water. Boil water in a pan and boil potatoes until they are half done or 6-8 minutes.
* Step 2
Then take a big bowl and mix all ingredients with potatoes and keep it in the fridge for 10-12 minutes.
* Step 3
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 200 degree celsius. Grease the baking tray and spread the marinated potatoes and cook for 6-7 minutes.
* Step 4
You can cook these potatoes wedges in Air Fryer also. Believe me they came out very crispy and tasty.
