Mango Basundi
Basundi is an Indian sweet mostly in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. It is sweetened condensed milk made by boiling milk on low heat until the milk is reduced by half. In North India, a similar dish goes by the name rabri.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the mangoes and cook the mangoes with half milkmaid for 4-5 minutes and keep aside for cooling.
* Step 2
Take one heavy bottom Kadai and boil the milk until it becomes half then add mix nits, cardamom powder and remaining milkmaid cook for another couple of minutes. Put the flame off and wait for 3-4 minutes and then add mango pulp. Pour this basundhi into a ceramic pot or glass dish. Serve chilled.
* Step 3
Tips
Always add mangoes when your flame is off otherwise because of mango’s sourness milk may curdle.
