Chickpea (chole) Cold Salad

This healthy, summer Chickpea Salad with cucumbers and tomatoes is great for lunch or as a side dish with anything. #boxweek9 #saladlovers #shilpitandon #stayhealthy

Ingredient

1 Cup

chole

3-4 leaves

lettuce

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

as per taste

Salt

2 tablespoons

kesar salad dressing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chole (chickpea) for 6-8 hours. Boli it with salt. Keep aside for cooling.

* Step 2

Cut all veggies and take one big bowl and mix all dressing ingredients and keep it in fridge on 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Then mix all veggies with dressing with chole and garnish with fresh coriander.
