Mugalai Anda Paratha

Mughlai paratha is a Popular Bengali street food also knowns as moglai porota is actually deep-fried Indian bread stuffed with egg or keema. It’s a special paratha recipe for Bengali cuisine.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one big bowl and knead the dough with the help of ghee, milk, salt, and ajwain and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take another bowl put eggs, green chilli, onion salt and black pepper. Mix properly.
* Step 3
Take the dough and make balls. Make a thin roti and place some desi ghee on it and sprinkle some dry maida and cover it and again repeat the process. Now make Mughlai paratha and cook on nonstick pan and on low flame.
* Step 4
Then you can see that the layer will open and then you pour half mixture into it and cook it from both side with the help of butter or ghee. Your mugalai anda paratha is ready. Enjoy it with hot masala tea.
