Lauki paneer kofta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For kofta Mix lauki and grated paneer add salt and amchur powder. Add green chilli and coriander leaves

* Step 2

Add soaked bread and make small balls. Deep fry snd keep aside

* Step 3

For gravy Cut onions and tomatoes. Take a pan add 1 cup water add onions, tomatoes, cashews,walnut and green chilli. Boil it for 10 minutes

* Step 4

Keep aside. When it cools then churn it and strainit. Take a heavy bottom kadai. Add oil and then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 minutes then add onion tomato paste and cook for 6-7 minutes

* Step 5

Add all the spices and cover it. Cook until masala releases its oil. Add water and cover it and put the flame on medium.

* Step 6

When gravy becomes little thick put the gas flame off. Place the koftas in serving plate pour the hot gravy and garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
