I love rang barangi sawaiyan. In our home, it is usually made on special occassions like Eids or dawat.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee/butter in a pan and fry vermicelli for about 2 minutes at normal flame.
* Step 2
Add milk in it and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
* Step 3
Add sugar in it and cook for about 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Now take it out in a dish and leave till it reach room temperature and then chill for about 10 minutes.s
* Step 5
Now sprinkle some crushed dry fruits on it and enjoy.
