Sab sy pehly cooker mein oil garam karein aur sath he onions aur green chillies b kaat kar daal dain.

* Step 3

Medium flame py onions ko golden brown honay take pkayen.

* Step 4

Ab is mein salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder daal kar achi tarah mix karein.

* Step 5

Jab masala bhun jaye to is mein palak ghosht wala salan add kar dain aur achi tarah mix karein.

* Step 6

Ab is mein paani shamil kar dain aur dakan sy cover kar ke medium to low flame py 8-10 min ke liye chor dain.

* Step 7

Jab pani mein boil aajaye to chawalon ko paani sy nikal kar chaan lain aur is mein add kar dain.

* Step 8

Achi tarah mix karein aur sath he garam masala,long, aur dar cheeni shamil kar dain.

* Step 9

Pehly 5 minute high flame py rakhen. Jab cooker chalny lgay to medium flame py 10-15 minute take pakny dain.
