Daal Chawal with Salad and Chutney
Assalam o Alikum, as it's our traditional dish so I made a flag out of it 😁😊😋🇵🇰
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 cups of rice wash and soak them
* Step 2
Add 3 glass of water in a large bowl, oil, 1 tablespoon zeera and 1 tablespoon salt and bring it to boil
* Step 3
Drain the water of soaked rice and put the soaked rice into the boiling water
* Step 4
Check the tendency of the rice, when they are done remove from flame and the drain water
* Step 5
For daal, add water in a bowl, red cilli, haldee, 1 tablespoon salt, adrak lehsan paste. Keep it on medium flame and continuously boil then
* Step 6
In a separate shallow pan add oil, chopped garlic and zeera for tarka.
* Step 7
Light brown them and add them in the daal when it thickened. Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
* Step 8
Delicious daal and chawal are ready, serve them with salad and raita😊
