MANGO SPONGE CAKE ๐ŸŽ‚

Assalam o Alikum, This is my Mango cake๐Ÿฐ Here's the recipe of this super soft and sponge cake๐Ÿ˜Šit's, easy fast and very yummy,makes almost 4 pounds and serves 15 to 20 persons.Baking needs 25 to 30 minutes only, but for decoration you need some time๐Ÿ™‚ You can add any fruit and pures as you like but the basic method remains the same Also can reduce or increase the amount of the ingredients according to your requirement๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜›

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 to 20 serving

Cooking time :

15 to 30 mins
1 and half teaspoon

vanilla essence

1 and half cup

icing sugar

2 and 1/4 cup

flour

6 table spoon

any vegetable oil

6 table spoon

warm milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate the egg white for the egg yolk

* Step 2

Add vanilla essence in egg yolk, mix by hand and set them aside

* Step 3

Beat the egg white in a separate bowl with an electric beater and start adding sugar by dividing it into 3 portions. Make sure that the egg white is fully fluffy. It will take 8 to 10 minutes

* Step 4

Mix egg white and yolk and beat it so that it should be completely mixed

* Step 5

Sieve the flour into the batter and slowly mix it with HAND SPATULA

* Step 6

In a separate bowl add 2 cups of formed batter, oil and warm milk and mix it

* Step 7

Now pour the oil batter in original batter

* Step 8

Mix with hand spatula and pour the batter into the baking tray line with baking paper and greased with oil

* Step 9

Preheat the oven to 180C.and make it for 25 to 30 minutes

Cut the cake into 2 halves

* Step 12

On one half, pour sugar water, then apply whipped cream then mango puree and mango chunks

* Step 13

Put the other half on the first half and repeat the process

* Step 14

Delicious and quick mango cake it ready๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜
