Fish is very tasty in anyway that you prepare.Fish fry gravy or curry ,sukha or anything. Its protein rich &very yummy to have for lunch or dinner.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, clean & wash the rawas fish properly and keep it aside dipped in little water.
* Step 2
Blend all the ingredients together mentioned above in a mixer for 3 minutes first, then after a time gap, again grind for 3minutes.
* Step 3
After the masala is ground thickly, take it out in a vessel and make a thick & good consistency. Nor too thick neither to loose.
* Step 4
Now, boil the masala in the vessel till it boils properly around 5 minutes.
* Step 5
You have add a chopped onion and a few green chillies when you boil the mixture.
* Step 6
Now put the cut fish in the mixture which has come to a boil.
* Step 7
Boil for 1 to 2 minutes after putting the fish inside.
* Step 8
Now you can taste how it is. Its tangy, spicy, yummy n salt to taste your taste buds.

Now this orange masala yummy manglorean fish curry is ready to serve hot with Rice, soda & fry fish. Enjoy!!!
