Sattu ke Ladoo

quick and easy recipe of delicious sattu ladoos. These ladoos are made from roasted chana flour sattu, brown sugar powder and ghee. Sattu ke ladoo are highly nutritious and healthy especially to kids. The ladoos are made with Sattu . Sattu is typical flour made of roasted Bengal gram or rosted chana flour.. It is full of protein and is also called The ‘poor man’s protein’ as it is not expensive at the same time tasty and packed with a lot of health benefits too . The sattu ladoos have a good shelf life too and can be made in advance as they stay good for over a period of time , which makes it convenient during the hectic schedule . Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes
240 Gram

sattu flour

50 ml

ghee

1 tbsp

Kewda Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add Sattu 240 gram

Add 120 gram brown sugar powder. Or You can add grated jaggery.

Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and kewda water.

* Step 4

Mix very well.

Then add 50ml ghee. The ghee can be at room temperature

* Step 6

Begin to mix very well and make a dough.

Take a small portion, the size of a golf ball and roll between your palms to make laddus.

Shape into ladoos. If you are unable to form ladoos, then add a few teaspoons more of the ghee.

Serve sattu laddu as a sweet snack. These ladoos stay good at room temperature for a week. If its too hot and humid in your city, then do refrigerate these ladoos.
