Ingredient

oil

1/4 cup

yoghurt

to taste

Salt

4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a cooking pot heat oil & fry sliced onions until they turn golden brown, then add whole spices, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,peas, yoghurt, green chilli and stire together.

* Step 2

Then add Rice,salt and water.

* Step 3

When water comes to boil mix all ingredients & cover the lid.

* Step 4

When water evaporates it means your pulao is ready...

* Step 5

Serve with chutney's,raita & salads
