Matar pulao with timator ki chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For sauce: oil mein piyaz or zeera dalin or piyaz ko transperant brown honay din phir tomatoes add karin skin peel off kar ke (beghair chilkay ke) or baki ke saray ingredients dal de or 1/2 cup water b add kar din or tomatoes soft honay tak mediun low flame pe pakai.

Phir use bhun le ache se or paste foam mein karlin (spoon se press kar ke or ap chaye to hand blender b use kar sakte) jab oil upper ajai phir 1/2 cup or pani dalin or boil ane tak pakain ache se phir flame band kardin tomato sauce ready hojaigi.

For matar pulao: pot mai oil dalin or piyaz ko golden brown honay tk fry karin jb golden brown hojai to thori si piyaz garnish k liye nikal lin then is mai saray garam maslae add karin salt, kali pisi mirch, ginger garlic paste or ache se bhun le ta k ginger garlic paste ache se bhun jai. Then is mai hari mirch, dahi or matar add kare or ache se stir karin jb tk matar half done or soft na hojain then is mai 2 cup pani dal k matar ko completely done honay k liye medium flame pe rakh din.

* Step 4

Jab matar ache se cooked hojain to us mein basmati rice add karin. Rice ko phele 15 minutes tak water mein soaked kar din then rice add karen or teez pat is ke bd check karin ke 1 inch pani rice se upper hona chahye then ise boil ane tak pakain jab boil hojai to salt check karlin agar kam lagay to or add kar skate hain. Then jab pani thora dry hojai to use low flame pe 15 to 20 minutes tak paknay din ta ke rice ache se cooked hojain. Then ap ise tomato sauce ke sth serve karin 😋
