#joy Hummus is savory dish. It is popular in the Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe. So I want so share this recipe with all of you, because my family love to eat hummus everytime. 😋

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 to 2 servings

Cooking time :

1 clove

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic, cheese and 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil in the grinder and grind all these ingredients, after grinding it looks like a thick paste. Now your hummus is ready.

Then pour the hummus in a serving plate add chopped green chillies, some chickpeas and olive oil (according to your taste or need) on the hummus and serve it with arabic khuboos or pita bread. 😋🙂
