Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the kadhai on flame and cover with a lid and allow to preheat.
* Step 2
Now take a bowl add oil and powdered sugar and mix it well. After that add some milk and also mix it.
* Step 3
Now sieve the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Then mix it in the wet mixture little by little and mix it properly by adding milk. Remember don't overbeat otherwise your cake not bake properly.
* Step 4
Now add mango pulp and again mix it well. Now grease the cake tin palace the butter paper on the bottom. Now add vinegar to the cake mixture and mix it lightly the pour it into the cake tin.
* Step 5
Now place the cake tin in the preheated kadhai and cover it with lid and bake it for 35-40 minutes on low to medium flame.
* Step 6
Now we gonna prepare our frosting. For this take whipped cream in a bowl. Then place it in another bowl which is half-filled with ice cubes. Then whisk it from the electric beater till a stiff peak. Keep aside.
* Step 7
Once the cake is done allow it to cool completely. After then cut it into a circle shape from a cookie cutter. we have got many mini cakes. Now take that frosting in a piping bag. Then we take two mini cakes. Apply whipped cream frosting in one mini cake, then place another mini cake over in it. Now also apply some more frosting on second minutes cake.
* Step 8
After that garnish with some chopped mango pieces, cherry and mint leave. Serve it as it is. Enjoy!!
