Crunchy Pasta In Mango Puree

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly in a jar take chopped mango, sugar and milk and grind it into fine puree. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Now boil the pasta and strained the excess water. Now take a cloth and spread pasta on cloth for 10-12 minutes and get them dried.
* Step 3
Now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the pasta. Now add powdered sugar and mix well.
* Step 4
Now take a serving bowl add pasta in it's middle and pour the mango puree in it's periphery. Garnish with mint leaves and cherry. Enjoy!
