Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add all-purpose flour and powdered sugar and mix it well.

* Step 2

Now add vanilla essence and again mix well. Now gradually add the oil and make a soft cookie dough.

* Step 3

Now make a small lemon size ball and place it on a greased tray. After placing the all cookies in tray press in the middle of the cookies with your finger. Now apply a little jam on it. And bake it in preheated OTG for 12 minutes at 180° temperature.

* Step 4

After baking gently place the cookies on a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Your jam cookies is ready.
