Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take 1/4 cup milk in a bowl add custard powder and mix it well. Keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add remaining milk when it becomes lukewarm add milk powder, mix well and allow it to boil, when it becomes to boil add custard mix. Stir well.
* Step 3
Now add sugar, nuts and bread crumbs. Mix well. Cook it on medium flame till they become thick.
* Step 4
Now allow to cool completely.
* Step 5
After cooling pour the mixture in Kulfi mould and place it into the freezer for 7-8 hours. After 7-8 hours your Kulfi is ready to remove it from Kulfi mould and garnish with some chopped nut and serve it.
